3 Home Studio Photoshoot Must Haves from Amazon
I use my home studio set up for photoshoots where I need to capture stunning editorial photos from the comfort of my house. This month, for the launch of Londre Bodywear's latest swimsuit collection, I used my trusty home studio setup that I've had for years. Here's the exact list of items I used to make these Images, and surprise, its all from Amazon!
1. Backdrop Stand | $48.99
My 8.5x10 ft backdrop stand remains a fantastic addition. It's collapsible and easy to set up, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced photographers.
2. Seamless Backdrop Paper | $39.00
Choosing the right backdrop paper is essential, and I've found that classic white works well for versatility. Amazon offers various color packs for those who want more options. This is the one I ordered. You do not have to get one this wide if you have a small space. The stand above is compatible with much smaller rolls (length-wise.)
3. Soft Box | $169
After extensive research, I settled on a constant bright light with an Octobox umbrella. It provides even and beautiful lighting for my photos, and it's straightforward to set up. It has a built-in fan and adjustable strenth which is very fun to experiment with.
My Camera Gear
For this project, I needed to model some swimwear, and I found it convenient to do it in the comfort of my own home. The results were outstanding, and I used a 24-70mm lens which was wide enough to shoot in my small livingroom.
