I stayed at the luxurious Mandalay Bay, which was so conveniently located near the airport and had an insane view from our room. Mandalay Bay is a luxurious resort located in the heart of Las Vegas. It features a casino, a Shark Reef Aquarium, and a variety of restaurants and bars. You can book your stay at Mandalay Bay here.

Bardot

As soon as we arrived, we knew we had to kick off the weekend with a fancy dinner, so we headed to Bardot, a boujee French restaurant. Let me tell you, we were not disappointed. Bardot is the perfect spot for a fancy and romantic dinner in Las Vegas! With its elegant French decor and delicious dishes, you'll feel like you've been transported to the streets of Paris.

And with an extensive wine list to choose from, you'll be able to pair the perfect bottle with your meal. So whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to treat yourself, Bardot is a perfect choice. Bon appétit! The food was absolutely delicious, and we made sure to try the famous pineapple flambé. Trust me, it's a must-have.

Shark Reef Aquarium

The next morning, we decided to do something a little more adventurous and visited the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay. It was such a cool experience and I felt like I was actually swimming with sharks. The Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay is the ultimate underwater adventure in Vegas! With over 2,000 animals, including sharks, rays, and reptiles, you'll feel like you're diving right into the depths of the ocean.

And with interactive exhibits and up-close encounters, you'll have the chance to get closer to these amazing creatures than ever before. If you're a fan of marine life, I highly recommend checking it out.

LAGO

For lunch, we went to Lago, which had an amazing view of the fountains. We timed it just right so that we were finishing up our meal as the fountains went off. It was such a cool experience and we pretty much had the whole restaurant to ourselves. It’s really the ultimate spot for a delicious and memorable meal! With its breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains, you'll feel like you're dining in the lap of luxury.

And with a menu featuring a variety of tasty Italian dishes and an extensive wine list, you'll have plenty of options to choose from. We had champagne, pizza, bruschetta, eggs benedict, and a dessert of cheesecake and raspberry sorbet.

After lunch, we explored the strip before dinner and caught an amazing vegetarian sushi meal. I was pretty obsessed with the decore from the moment you walk in. The floral tunnel leads to a gorgeous restaurant. The meal was not complete without getting the donut wheel for dessert. The bottle of caramel to inject into the donuts took the meal to another level.

Skyfall Lounge

We ended the night at Skyfall Lounge, which had endless views and a bathroom you have to check out. I didn't take a video, but trust me, it's worth seeing. The Skyfall Lounge in Las Vegas is the ultimate spot for drinks with a view! With its breathtaking views of the city, you'll feel like you're on top of the world. And with chic and modern decor, you'll be able to sip on some seriously tasty cocktails in style. I had two different coffee drinks and colin loved their margs on the rocks. The host was nice enough to show us to a secret balcony that gave us a whole new view of the city.

Mama Rabbit

The next night was seriously the grand finale of our trip. We started the night off at Mama Rabbit and got the bartender's choice, which was so good. He made us some mescal cocktails that had a seriously smoky after kick that we loved. Mama Rabbit in Las Vegas is known for having creative cocktails and the largest selection of tequila in the whole city! The vibe was very funky and it was so close to our dinner reservation.

Best Friend

Dinner was literally right next door at Best Friend, which had an entrance that looked like a cool convenience store. We ordered the miso squash, raman, Korean beef, and some crazy desserts.

On the Record

After dinner, we felt like VIPs walking into the actor concert at On The Record. We explored, hung out, and drank before going all out at the concert to finish off our incredible 48 hours in Vegas.

So there you have it – everything you need to know about enjoying the best food and nightlife in Las Vegas! Whether you're in the mood for fancy French dinners, delicious sushi, or creative cocktails, you'll find something to love in Vegas. And with its luxurious hotels and vibrant nightlife, you'll have the time of your life in this amazing city. So what are you waiting for?
